 If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your
DIRECTV
System, you may return the UNOPENED system prepaid for a full refund minus shipping
charges within 30 days of Invoice date. Returned systems must include all original items.
There is a 20% restocking fee for approved by Orbit for return plus all
applicable shipping charges.
There is a
minimum 20%
restocking fee for products approved by Orbit for return. You
must call Orbit Communications at 1-800-576-7248 for a return authorization
number. Any merchandise
received without an authorization number will be returned to
the sender. There is a $50 fee for refused items. Once an order has been placed you must obtain an
RA#. this is because all orders are automatically
processed.
Any returns that are not deemed in
pristine condition (including manuals) upon return to
warehouse are to be charged a minimum of 35% restocking fee.
All software, C-Band Programming, Videos and DVDs are
non refundable.
